The Service Desk iOS application gives you one more avenue to get the latest information on your service requests. You now have direct access to our issue tracking database – so you can see the latest activity, submit a new help ticket, or request status updates using your iPhone or iPad. Maybe you don’t know how to describe that thing plugged into the PC that’s not working, just submit a picture using your iPhone’s camera. We’ll even send you push notifications when your request has been completed or when we’re waiting on additional information from you.
