QSR Shop allows shoppers to log store visits and email reports based on the quality of the visit.
It only allows you to choose select restaurant locations in NC, which would be great if I still lived there. You cannot add your restaurants’ information & I have an organization of 16. I cannot email to my team or the stores effectively, either. The quick shop does not allow you to complete a CEV for both Drive Thru & Front Counter, & the full Visit crashes in the middle of the visit, taking all scores & information with it. Great concept & tool, it’s just very unreliable & unstable.
This is a great app, it’s really beneficial to Managers in following up on execution of qsc
Unusable on my my 7 plus. Incredibly slow, buggy, and unresponsive. Great concept, if only it worked.
