I hate that you can’t change your address you can’t change nothing it’s just no Want to help you no good customer service just know if you make a mistake they take your money and they don’t help you

The customer service is actually so bad. My order came in and the shoes was creased before I even got to try it on. So I asked for a refund and they said I could return the shoes and get a full refund. I sent the shoes back customer service really just opened my email and didn’t even give me my money back. I didn’t not just refund my shoes and spent $325 TO GET nothing back?

Like coke on now. How you gonna sell shoes and then get taxed fees to Cash it out. What a scam

Box damage when I received shoes, also wrong size and returned shoes to goat and was denied due to box damage. Really?? Why can’t you have the carrier pay for it. Not my responsibility.

They buy from retail and extremely overprice by a 100%. I really don’t know how they have a 4.9 review.

Unsure why my last transaction was canceled without my knowledge. Also had trouble processing from my sons account. Terrible platform.

I ordered a pair of sneakers thru the app almost a month ago and still have yet to receive the sneakers I ordered and trying to deal with their customer service is an absolute joke. Days to week long before you even get a response back. At this point it looks like I will contact the bank and let them deal with this joke of a sneaker reseller company!

I ordered some old-school converse and At first I bought a 10 1/2 in mens , first and then they get canceled because the seller sent the wrong SKU or size I never got an email or a text saying they were canceled I just got a refund back im goat credit . They never seem to feel to acknowledge to people about their orders being canceled . so then I order a size 10 in men and they said they were on the way the order has been confirmed and they were on my way , then this morning I’ll check my tracking and then I also get the money back in my account and they never let me know again that my order was canceled. And for this reason it was canceled because of the seller. The the customer service is horrible pretty much pointless there’s no way to actually get in contact with them and they never seem to just let you know I got your order been canceled they just put the money back into GOAT credit. I ordered these shoes December 30th and I even got a tracking ID and my ordered confirm and everything all then 10 days later they get canceled by the seller makes no sense . I’m getting my money back and just buying my shoes somewhere els and never buying from goat or selling to goat again

Do you lie about your fees that you charge you charge a fee to sell the sneaker and then you were saying there’s a fee to cash the money out to PayPal which is a lie because I use PayPal all the time and PayPal does not charge a fee so you were charging the fee so you were double charging to sell the sneaker and then once it sells you charge to cash the money out and say it’s PayPal’s fee, which is a lie you should be sued for false claims, and I will follow up on this

I am very disappointed in this app I had seen multiple people using it so I decided to place an order for 8 WOMENS and they can in a 10 MENS package is terrible it says new condition on box but box came damaged (I payed extra for the box) and if I did return it would only give me $65 dollars back when I payed 118 very disappointed DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Put in an order for Christmas and selected the wrong size. 1 minute after I submitted my order, it was accepted and I could not cancel and reorder the correct size. You then have to wait until it gets delivered to you and request a return within 3 days of getting the shoe. Sending the gift to someone who is not in town then sealed my fate. I have a $500 shoe that doesn’t fit. No one in the million dollar goat company can help with these issues because you can’t reach a human. Talking to robots and wasting money and time to a company who doesn’t care about quality service. I’ve been using goat for years and this is my last.

The people inspection the shores at goAt are useless. I'd rather hang my shoes on a power line than sell with these imbeciles again. Stick with the original and not this third world company.

Have had multiple issues when they ship via DHL. Packages get held and returned to goat. Then they expect you to pay the “price change” and also pay shipping again and o hbe the shipper out again. No customer service at all. All via emailI ONLY. can’t resolve any issues. I have had the same shoe shipped out twice. They want me to pay an extra $80 total yo ship again.

They’ll steal your money, it happened to me

I bought shoes for somebody and they didn’t fit, instead of being able to exchange them or return them, they told me after 3 days they can’t do anything😂 geeattttt…

Goat is not a honest company and sell your shoes for the price they see fit not the price you agree! Will be pursuing legal action

I got a size that ended up to small, would liked if there was an exchange option, I wish they were a little more forgiving with the shipping costs, ended up losing $45 in shipping just to get the right size, ugh!!!

Sent we wrong size shoes, When I returned them it took weeks to get confirmation, They wouldn’t issue a refund because they said shoes were dirty (they were not I had put them on, realized they were the wrong size and put them back in the box 2 mins later) They also wouldn’t give me the right size and just sent the shoes back and I still have yet to receive them. This is over a month so far Any time I reached out to customer service I couldn’t find a number to get a agent on the line, anytime I emailed in they just replied with articles to their commonly asked questions. Hands down will never use this company again.

The shoes were “authenticated” but arrived with Chinese labeling everywhere didn’t even have to research if fake took one look and knew. You can “return” but they do not do any refunds of actual money just site credit. Customer service is just an automated robot that sends you in circles. Do not use should have zero stars.
