Having problems when someone approach the the camera it doesn’t send a signal for 3-4 minutes after, when should automatically pick up. The problem is not with my phone because it’s another and always updated. I can’t figure out the problem & nor can any of your associates. I’m giving it another two weeks resolve it self, maybe the bell needs replacement

The alarm can be going off for hours and no police or anyone contacts you especially if your alarm is on silence you will never know unless you look at your app or on your home panel. Its a waste of money i swear. I had it for 3 yrs and honestly i had a whole other security system just never bothered to cancel this one but i will now cancel this piece of junk.help buy another

Be honest I have no ideas about what Frontpoint is until I see the promotion from amex offer buy 108 get 90 bucks . I was thinking screw it will try can return if I can’t use it or worse case 18bucks nothing at all . BUT. Guys this company is not what I think no one take return case I being calling for month on my lunch break . No one answer the return related calls and I got no choice I called Amex to contact vendor get return label . Amex give me refund with no label provide but this company still charge me monthly 49$ for two month until I contact Amex got merchant ban on my account even I am not active the service at all . And they send the device charge to collection since Amex refund me . Guys go to Reddit search for it . Not only me got same experiences. I really got nothing to say .

Horrible customer service does not do this justice. Read all about them in Facebook comments and other truly customer related sites. They have been the leader in trolling the Internet to pretend to be other reviews that we think are respectable. They are riding their own reviews like crazy. Run!!!

Probably the most unintuitive app I have used in a very long time. They have not updated this thing in over four years. Canceled front point and I’m happy to say there is another company I used it is so much more simple. Their app is incredible!

I was o the phone 4 hours 2 last night 2 today and no answer ! I went on line and was disconnected from chat twice I was told when I agreed to a 30 day trial that if I had any problems I was just to call, well I’d be dead by now I wish I could minus 5 stars this system is hard wire I was not advised of this when I ordered

Doorbell camera is a joke and has poor quality. Customer service repeatedly hangs up on you when you need to troubleshoot however will constantly call you whenever your past due on a payment. I wish I would’ve went with ADT but I’m stuck with this service and for some reason I have an a contract but don’t remember signing a contract. I will never recommend them nor renew. Heck the app closed drive just trying to write a review.

I want to cancel my account, which means phoning Frontpoint. They put me on hold & then say the wait time EXCEEDS THEIR HOURS OF OPERATION!! How can I reach them if their extended wait times exceed the hours they are open?? They are “unable to offer a callback” The main reason I’m leaving is because of frequent false alarms, several times a week . But their customer “service” ranks below zero.

This app seems to be very underdeveloped and non-intuitive. You can’t access the clock to update the time, which does not update itself for daylight savings time changes. There is a lot of references to “scenes” which is a Frontpoint concept that is unexplained.

When I subscribed to Frontpoint it was at the top of various security system lists. Maybe because of the price, I don’t see them on many lists now. The only time I have had an issue with the company was when they were pushing to have a neighbor’s phone number so the neighbor could investigate any alarm activity. I told them that on one side I had a meth head (who is why I got the alarm) and on the other side, a disabled senior, who uses a walker. When I explained that to the rep he said I needed someone who could walk around the house to check to see if anything was wrong. I told that to a police officer and he laughed. FrontPoint never brought it up after that. Other than that silliness, I am satisfied with FrontPoint and recommend it. The app is easy to use.

This app used to be great but support has degraded…many issues with conversion from 3g to 4g. Also Sky Bell door camera is very poor! Ready to switch to a different security company.

When I FirstReceived My Home Security System it worked excellent as a matter fact I got phone calls all the time because my motion sensor was not working right would go off with my cats which is not supposed to affect the sensor under 12 pounds they turn it off sent me another one got it turned back on and just found out the other day that evidently it’s not working either because I had my alarm on for a good hour and a half after I returned home before I remember to turn it off no alarm sounds went off at all I didn’t use any of my doors or windows but the motion detectors in my living room where I was at the whole time I have not got my doorbell put it in because it Hass to be a wired doorbell so I have that in a box still after all this time nine using they don’t tell you that whenever you’re ordering your stuff so I’m paying $50 a month for the garage and my two back doors security
