my worst experience with emirates airlines I arrived at 2:30pm for 5:15 pm flight with 13 luggage and 4 carry on. I gave all my family documents (passports) to one agent to check in who was super unprofessional. she kill all our time. we ask her to share some of our passports for the other agent but she refused to. she keep wasting our time to the very end while she missed the luggage tag’s and count count and print again and again as looks like she did it to make us late purposely. finally she was done and we run to the gate as fast as we can but we can’t make it. we arrive when the gate close and they don’t late us in even They saw me how we run with my two little kids. I just can’t shout but I cried 😥 it was not totally my fault. finally, they ask me yo collect my luggages or to reschedule for the next day. they promised me to hold my luggages for only one day but no more one day. so I agreed and I call to reschedule for the next day. here is the bad news. they ask me $600 for each person plus collecting fees that they didn’t mention before when they promised to hold for one day. total of around $3000 for our 4 family members which is much more if we book one way flight with them or with other airlines. I asked the indian customer service if we can flight by ourselves (by booking new tickets and come back with our old returning tickets with them) but she say she have to cancel the entire ticket if we can’t reschedule for the next day. we even ask to talk with supervisor but she said no she can’t contact us with anyone else that this is her job to do!!! so we ended up paying extra $3000 dollars in order not to loss our returning tickets due to there unprofessional customer services. this was my worst flight and my worst day of my life.
I see others saying the app is not great but this is the first time I flew Emirates (JFK to Milan) and the app has been great! So is the airline it’s FAR superior to United and was over $1k less total. I will try to fly them now if I can!
It’s easy to navigate but only issue is that sometimes it keeps loading and loading forever on iPhone. If it can be fixed then it can have a 5 stars 🌟. If possible please add an option to attach each passengers profile picture: )

I have been trying to get hold of their service team for a week. I am trying to checkin for my flight to the US, but I have only 2 options: I am either a US permanent resident or I cannot use USA as an option in counter of residence. Since I am only in the US on a visa I am not a permanent resident, so I can’t check in on the app. Also I have a 12 hour layover in Dubai, but it won’t let me book Dubai Connect, there is no option to book it. Even worse is their customer service, I have been calling them for at least a week, and I am always in queue, perpetually. They don’t hesitate charging premium amount but won’t fix their user interface or pick up the call or provide live chat.
I heard a lot of time fly emirates i was excited the flight attendant was rude they can’t even wait you to finish talking i was transit in dubai connection fly dubai going to Hargeisa somaliland they left all my 6 luggage in dubai i was waiting two days to get my friend was after me 2 weeks he get 5 luggage they did to him same
I spent 2 hours trying to change a ticket. Three people, one changes plans. The app or website won’t allow the passengers to be separated. I lost a full ticket when I paid extra for flexibility. App does not implement Emirates contracted policies. On the more simply annoying side, I have added and saved my card details three times. Make features work and ensure the app aligns with your contract of carriage.
Totally a rip-off. So i have my membership for couple years , every time i book through the app after login to my account , i noticed that my skywards miles always showing zero. Chatted with support and she telling me you have to check after 48hrs of your booking and call us to to claim. Really i have to call and look after a rewards. ITS YOUR MARKETING LOL Deleting app and switching to Some where else.

Not able to review any the itinerary via App. It keeps saying that technical issue in loading the itinerary.
Completely useless. Always impossible to get in contact with anyone. Don’t fly Emirates.

A convenient way to make travel arrangements, check plans, and use benefits.
Love the app. It is very useful in my opinion. But when trying to buy an upgrade it just freezes. Few other useful functions also caused freezing or crashes.
Not a reliable App. Constantly crashes or times out. The data is often out of data. I am very surprised that a great airline like Emirates has such a mediocre mobile App. They should fire whomever is responsible for their mobile App and put someone else in charge that can deliver a better experience for their loyal customers
Since the last two updates, the app crashes nearly every time I want to use it for my itinerary showing the fault indication: “we experience a technical problem, please try again later”. I have tried to restart my phone, delete the app and reinstall it, yet no improvement has been observed and I believe some necessary work needs to be done to fix the functionality of this app. The maximum rating is 3 stars which is only for the diversity of the menu. In terms of functionality for current flights, it deserves only 1 star as the app experiences technical problems every day since the last weeks.
