Would love to use the app I stead of having to fire up my computer unfortunately the app would not allow me to make a claim something about I don’t have an account attached (I do) so had to do it on the computer. Useless.

I downloaded the app, as I have claims to submit, and my flex spending card is currently being held hostage, as they need more information from my pcp. Typical of First Financial, they state that they have no record of my name or my employee number. I have a sizable amount of money taken out of my paycheck that say otherwise. I was hoping that the app would be a simpler way than playing phone tag with First Financial.

This app is so great. I have used it to file a claim and it is super easy. I love the way it shows your details about what you have spent and what you have left to spend how much you have deposited. The charting is easy to read and very intuitive.

I hate that the app won’t show you how much was rolled forward from the previous year. It appears to be an attempt to keep you from spending what was left over, if your employer has selected that option.

Inconsistent processing times for submissions is the main issue with this company. Sometimes medical reimbursement happens within a week, sometimes up to 3 weeks. Even monthly Dependent Care Deposits that are the same date every pay period and “autogenerated” vary by 7-14 days on processing times. Customer service is available, but was not helpful 2 of 3 times I contacted them.

It's impossible to even log in. Half the time it says "this user is found, but not able to log in" or tells me my password is incorrect - I've never been told my password was incorrect on the website. I don't even know what the app looks like past the log in screen.

Hard to give the app a review when you can't even get logged into it. You put in your username and then it asks you if the picture shown looks familiar. I don't know how it's supposed to look familiar when there is never anywhere during your initial account creation to select an image to begin with. Some additional instructions or a better log in screen would be very helpful!
