It’s a deprovement to haute look to have to use Nordstrom rack. Now rack is screwed up too, with flash sales taken away recently. Now, you just see a few selections, one of which is “women,” and includes unrelated categories of crap. I’m about gone emotionally, and will soon leave for my actual purchases. How sad, NORDSTROM, so grand, so special to us all. Gone.

I don’t know why changes were made - was working fine before. New tracking system is terrible and they deleted ALL past orders. Why would they do that?
I miss the categories that were presented before the latest change. Suggested purchases made me look at and resulted in sales. Without that I will be shopping FAR less frequently. Highly possible I will be deleting the app.
I don’t have much faith whether the items shown on the app are In stock. This is the second time that they have cancelled my order after I paid for it and anticipated it’s shipping. The item was shown as available in the app even after I had ordered it so I assumed that they had plenty in stock. I checked in everyday and the order status showed that they were preparing to ship it….great! 4 days later, I get a text that my order has been cancelled. When I called customer service, they didn’t seem to care that I was disappointed at the order cancellation and were definitely not the caring Nordstrom customer service reps I have dealt with. Very disappointed!!!!!

I am a big bargain shopper, doing a vast majority of my clothing/shoe shopping at thrift stores. I had time to kill one day and walked into Nordstrom Rack to check it out. I was in love!! The high quality stock of items available was staggering and the affordable prices were a warm welcome for brand new gear!!! I could not stay away from the clearance rack either!
order placed online was cancelled without any notice!!!

Delivery time reported on app is not accurate when items are delivered to the store
The rack app never keeps me signed in. I always have to relogin every time. The Nordstrom app keeps me authenticated. Why does the rack app log me out all the time? Annoying experience.
Easy to use and excellent prices
