I’m very disappointed with Wayfair Customer Service team. Did not update or communicate regarding issues with item purchased. Saying delivered but was not delivered. Only to find out that item was sent back to their warehouse after our superintendent and porters of our building asking the neighboring building if my package was accidentally dropped to wrong location. No apologies or returned phone calls explaining what happened.

Wayfair has horrible customer service, their coupons and promotions are deceptive, and their products are poorly made. Buyer Beware!

The colors never match and their return policy costs you more than what you paid for. Wayfair has gone down hill

We had ordered from Wayfair and was delivered all damaged we called to get an replacement but they didn’t deliver any in 3 months then we asked for refund and still waiting for our refund because they think they can still resolve the issue after 5 months. They are terrible.

I ordered material to recover my chairs in November. Although I have called numerous times, I have received NOTHING! I doubt I will ever order anything from this company again.

Ran into two bugs within minutes of downloading the app. When I type in a maximum height or width for cabinets, it will load for a second and then clear my filter. This alone makes it unusable for searching. Then I tried to give app feedback, and the text entry cut off after one line and wouldn’t show what I typed. Horrible user experience.

I order I occupancy sensor light switch and they sent me a nightlight that was on Amazon for $15 but charged me $30 and then when I try to return it they only give me $14.50 because of shipping fees. What a scam!

I was just telling my wife how good Wayfair was, and told her it’s where I bought her vanity. My wife download the app and I found some chairs we loved and put them in our cart. I was getting my wallet out and the price jumped 70$ within a few min. I understand if prices fluctuate over time or after a sale, but to go up as you’re getting ready to pay is pretty sleazy. Really not a good business model especially if you’re trying to retain customers. No wonder your stock is tanking.

I purchased something for almost $80 and came smaller than what it showed in the picture Don’t like this 👎🏾 never buying here again, that was my first and last purchased Very bad Disappointing

This site is very hard to use !! It keeps asking questions that I answer regarding my wayfair credit card. It keeps telling me that can’t find me or asking for an expectation date that I don’t have on my paper credit card . It’s a shame because I won’t use this again !

Spent almost 30 minutes on the phone with a representative because the site would not apply my $40 coupon after applying for a wayfair card. Mind you, it was the only reason I applied for it. Finally resolved when manager said she’d apply $40 off after I placed the order. Waiting to see adjustment as of now.

Yes. You read right. They can cancel your order if they regret pricing something so low !!!!!! WHY ARE THEY ALLOWED TO DO THIS ???!! MY PAYMENT WENT THROUGH !!! AND WHEN I CONFRONTED CUSTOMER SERVIVE, THEY JUST GAVE ME A 10% DISCOUNT !!! TEN. PERCENT !!! F U Wayfair !

They never fulfilled their services! They also do not understand customer care and needs. I ordered online which says to be delivered on December 24 because I want it before Christmas! However, the delivery date has been delayed to December 27. Amazon is a lot better with this in terms of cancellation and refund policy! They are more considerate and respect customer satisfaction!

They sold me a desk falsely advertised as “gold” and white but the person that picks the colors must be blind and then they made us pay to ship it back. I will never be ordering anything from these geniuses again.

Cleaned up iPhone deleted app. Bought a new house so want to update furniture. Now when I try to load it the only screen that comes up is an old credit card and I can't get past it.

I purchased a dressing table from Wayfair for a housewarming gift. I bought it at 269.99 and the order was cancelled last minute with no warning while it was being delivered. There was no indication of a shortage and I simply do not like how wayfair can simply cancel an order just because they can feel like it. I searched for the product again in wayfair, they released the same product with a chair for 379.99 which doesn't justify a 110 dollar increase for a very small chair. This should not happen because when something is purchased, there is an agreement that I should receive it, at the said price, for that merchandise because that is how basic capitalism applies. It is practically illegal that they can cancel an order and issue a refund blindly because of a shortage that we obviously know is not a shortage, it's the same product with a stool with a price increase. When using Wayfair, set an expectation that you simply might not get the product you wanted and you searched for a long time with emotional investment because wayfair can cancel and reissue at any time without your concern. The most compensation I got was 10% coupon which does not even cover the cost down to 269.99. This is totally unfair and unjustified.

I ordered $1,600 shelves. Took a month to deliver and the delivery was incomplete. 2 of the 3 necessary boxes. Talked to support and they ordered the 3rd box to complete the order. Cannot expedite the order, will take another month to deliver. I asked for a partial refund ( didn’t specify an amount, just wanted something ) to compensate for the doubled wait, they said they could not do it. I said I wanted to return the item, they said I would have to pay for return shipping to get the full refund. They make mistakes and the customer pays for it. No accountability on their end. I do not recommend this service.

I’m a first time buyer and I order a 24 shoe rack which it was suppose to be delivered by Dec 15 and Dec 16 I never got my order I called customer service and wrote them and they told me I have to wait 3 days for me to claim a refund . It now Dec 19 and I’m being told wait until Tuesday 20 what next wait till after Christmas like no if I didn’t receive my package it shouldn’t take this long for you guys to process my refund I’m not understanding what the run around and what the hold up .. I will like my refund to be process ASAP . But overall they do have pretty nice thing on there site / App I can definitely say that
