I have the sip account. Suddenly it won’t let me logon and order my lunch. I tried changing my password multiple times already, still no luck. I can’t even unsubscribe because it won’t let me logon. No customer service number. Be very careful.

Drivers will steal your food, and then Panera will refuse a refund!

It’s a bad enough that you remove probably one of your best mini items. It was really the only reason I came there. Secondly, the app is utterly broken. It will not sign me in. A few months back the entire system was down and I lost, all sorts of saved up points. It probably doesn’t even matter if you even fix the app, because I am moving on to something better. I really used to enjoy Panera, but the quality of the whole experience he is gone.

You lost me when you got rid of the charged lemonades, but you won me back with that Italiano sub

My username and password that work perfectly fine on the website will not let me login on the app.

The app has been on maintenance for a week now? What kind of developers are running this thing? I joined the sip club because there was a branch of panera in my college. Ive been home for the Summers and want to cancel my subscription, but the app refuses to open + why am I being charged $17 a month?? Is it really $11.99 + tax or do you guys have a hidden fees for sip club membership as well. The website does not let me log in with my apple id so I am a chicken laying golden eggs for panera every month for no reason.

This app continues to suffer from a bloated UI. It's slow. You get a spinning green circle any time you tap anything. The old app did not used to do this. It’s frustrating to use because it’s slow. Please optimize network performance and make this app faster like it was before.

Beware…when you place an order in the app for delivery it does through Door Dash. That may not be entirely clear to customers. When your order isn’t delivered, goes missing, etc Panera doesn’t fix the problem….door dash is supposed to….but door dash says Panera is responsible….and around we go. Good luck getting a refund if something doesn’t go right. There’s apparently no accountability.

I type my CORRECT email and password and it keeps saying “credentials are invalid, use different username and password”

Don’t care how good or bad the app is I’m not paying $20 for a crappy sandwich + drink

First, Panera changed their menu, discontinued many of my favorite items…New menu prices are grossly high…Sip Club price went up…they sell a day old breads & bagels without telling us (sneaky, looks like they don’t donate anymore)…Panera literally stop giving us deals, example, before I usually get $1 bagel deal/offer about 2 to 4 times a month, not anymore…Very disappointed! Now I only get very lame deals like spend $50 from 6/11/24 - 6/30/24 and earn $5 reward. LOL. What a joke…Now I only get coffee from Panera because of Sip Club subscription, no more food 👎🤷🫣 If they raise the Sip Club price again, I’m done!!! Corporate greed = bankruptcy

I am a sip club member. I have been going to Panera for years. All of my favorites were taking off the menu with this recent update. Asian Sesame chicken salad? Gone! Flatbread pizzas? Gone! Warm bowls? Gone! Some of the other items I would get from time to time are now updated as well and I don’t like them as much. I’m really trying here, Panera, but you messed up big time with this latest change.

Ordered two sandwiches and a free drink and it came to nearly 40$, so I did the math and added up all the taxes, convenience fee, etc and found that there is a hidden fee of around 4$. Not cool man

You cannot see the price for something unless you add it to your cart. Hiding the price and hoping we will simply pay is unacceptable. By law you MUST declare the price, and not at checkout! You don’t go to a store, fill your shopping cart and then get told they price at checkout do you?! Bring back the version where the price was next to the item or at least in the item description BEFORE you add to cart 👎

There have been multiple updates since multiple people have reported not being able to log in to the app. Yes, I can still use the website, but it isn’t as convenient as the app.

Lost a customer because of this, I wanted to get some Panera bread for the first time since I was gifted gift cards but turns out they don’t have pins, hope you shut down.

Won’t let me sign in and order guess Panera doesn’t want my money.. I’ll take my business elsewhere

You need to bring your pizzas back I’m a picky eater so now there’s very few options for me at Panera now. It doesn’t even make sense to take them away in my opinion.

I don’t know how they still have not updated this app. Because at this point I’ve used it and it’s a hit or miss if you can even place an order for delivery. Once in a while I get one placed. It feels like when McDonald’s ice cream machine is working. A shocker. But usually I get some kind of error like sorry something went wrong.
