The Soul Food Bistro

When it was good it was good, and then there was nothing. Fortunately, I was able to use the online app a few times before it went offline. It was wonderful placing your order a head of time to avoid the inevitable long line, where you sometimes wait for almost an hour or more. Not much is happening in Jacksonville, but you can always count on the Bistro for a crowd. The food is good though therefore we wait . . . Hoping they don’t run out of oxtails before you get to place your order. I think they should take a few phone orders or even online orders per hour if they were getting overwhelmed, or just get rid of the app if you’re not using it. This rating is for the app not the food. The food hands down get 4 1/2 stars from me . . . I would give it a five but once my Mac and cheese was dry.

The app amd the phone number are useless. Online ordering is always turned off and they don’t take phone orders. Food is good though. I love the food but why have an app if they not going to turn it on…
