Teraco ClientZone App DESCRIPTION
The Teraco Clientzone App allows Teraco Data Environments’ clients to log into their Clientzone portal and access its functionality on the go.
The functionality includes being able to:
-Log Tickets
-Create Contacts
-Reboot ports, Turn on and off ports
-View Cabinets and PDU’s
-View Tickets
NB: Clients will need a Clientzone Username and Password to access the application’s functionalities. Please get in touch with support@teraco.co.za if you require a Clientzone login details.
