I just recently joined 121 Financial and I’m satisfied with how quick everything has progressed. However, when I open my app, only my checking account is visible, not my savings. I called the help line and they were able to see my savings account, however it’s still not showing up on my end. Why?
I have a problem every single time I try to sign in. It makes me change my password every time, then gives me error messages that I didn’t do it right, then eventually locks me out of my account. I have never been able to just sign in & use this annoying app without it becoming an hour long process involving phone calls & resets. So frustrating!!!
Have constant issues with mobile check deposit. Support tells me I have to delete the app and re install. I’ve had to do that 5 times. Easier to go to a bank now than fight with it.
I don’t understand the reviews talking about Touch ID! I use it every time I log in. Great app, easy to understand!
Add a fingerprint please!
This app is overly outdated! It is in dire need of an update. Honestly this app is what is preventing me from making 121 Financial my primary financial institution.
#1 Need: Touch ID login. Also could use polishing in look and navigation. But the credit union itself is great!
This app is great! Definitely better than the old black app, BUT it would be even better if the fingerprint ID were added. Perhaps one day in the future an update for this added feature will be available....
Where is the mobile deposit button???? That's the only reason i download this app.
I don't use my credit union account often but the app seemed like a good idea for the occasional deposit or balance check. I have always had issues with the app resetting login when I leave the app, go to another, then return. I have also had huge issues with the app forgetting my identity when upgrading phones or if I recall correctly on certain iOS upgrades. It wouldn't recognize me again with my upgrade to iPhone 6s so I went through the process. I started asking me verification questions I knew for a fact I never gave answers to. The app is just buggy. So I just uninstalled it and hope one day they will improve it enough to take up space on my phone. The credit union itself has basically all but lost my business because of some of their practices. Now what little I still do with them has become much more difficult so I may leave altogether soon.

I get this every time I open it. It's been a week and it still won't fix. Not worth your time to have.
This is a hybrid app, that is, a native app she'll around a website. It's also for low resolution iPhones - everything looks huge on my Plus. It also requires to login each time I open it. Unfortunately it has a major issue. It shows the IRA account and Certificate totals as zero balance - the website shows them correctly. It is very fast though. Perhaps it's so clunky I am the only one using it.
Keeps asking security questions. Can't get pass login.
So far all I've been able to do is answer security questions to "confirm my identity". How many times must I confirm my own identity?!
Most apps are a waste of space on iphone. This one included. 1. iPhone's Highlight/Copy/Paste does not work in this app; can't copy any entry (interest; transactions, etc.). 2. Cannot access the PopMoney section of BillPayer to zap $$. So why bother having an app when you have to also use the browser to access the real site to do what you want/need to do? SMH.
Using the iPhone and the new iOS 7 software there is a problem reading the security questions. The background is basically black, and the questions are in black text. It is very difficult to read the question.
Great improvements made so far. I'm now able to view and switch accounts. View history of each accounts, too. But only allows transfer to some accounts. Not all accounts I have access to online are available in app to select for "transfer to". Also, still unable to view bill payment history. Only able to view pending payments. Lastly, please add link in app to go to online website for ease when function needed is not available in app.
I switched my iPhone 5 and rebuilt my profile from a backup. Since then the app has stopped working - it hangs up trying to verify my "identity"! I have uninstalled and reinstalled on the phone & still no luck. Apart from that, when I was able to get in, the app was wonderful to use.
Needs to be updated to allow to switch accounts. It always goes to the one account when I would like to check other account I have.
