The sizing is terrible. I ordered three XL and it will not fit me. It’s too tight.

Took a year and a half to get my package! I forgot I ordered something bc it took so long and if u cancel the order u will not and I mean not get your money back!!!!

I have been buying from Wish for years in about eight years ago I tried changing my email address in my phone number and to no avail as of yet it still got Gmail and I haven't had Gmail in eight years I have yahoo and it will not let me change it I hate this thing and I want out of it and I want to get in and take my card out of here and I'm it won't let me do that either this is the worst company I've ever come across when I delete it it will be deleted for good

I CLEARLY HAVE IT SET TO OFF FOR DEALS AND SPECIALS BUT EVERY DAY YOU NOTIFY ME. STOP. ITS HIGHLY ANNOYING. I WILL GIVE ONE STAR ON MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS UNTIL YOU FIX THIS.

Shamed them into honoring express shipping guarantee on a big ticket item and my account has been suspended ever since. They won’t even answer my daily inquiries to support over at least telling me why I’m restricted. Don’t expect help when you really need it.

i’ve had wish for a little bit now. and i had made some orders but still had my credit card info saved. my only problem is that i hate how when i have saved money left over you guys take some of my money. i was using a gift card that i got from my family and i had $28 left . i checked it today to use it again and i had $0.02 left on my card. i’ve had this problem before . i want my money back please and thank you.

Like many people here, I’ve shopped with wish for years. Some products are better than others, it’s just luck of the draw. Though, I recently ran into a situation where my items were delivered to the wrong address. I tried contacting support but to no avail. Apparently not one living being works customer service here and an automated AI is expected to come up with solutions for run of the mill everyday problems? Either way, the “computer” has made it clear I won’t be receiving a refund, my items, or even a credit on my account at this point. Maybe it’s for the best? Amazon has never steered me wrong 🤷♂️ For lack of customer support and stealing my money, I give Wish two thumbs down 👎👎 It may not happen over night, but if you currently shop here. You’ll eventually “wish” you hadn’t.

Wrote an earlier review about how they break lots of regulations and codes for consumer retailer so much so you can sue them. If you get unsatisfactory items and you report / sue them that’ll lead to a bigger investigation and since wish is just cheap falsely advertised items made with potentially lethal items and uses sweatshop's to create and move product they would not hold up in court if someone is allergic and purchases the vaguely descriptive item it may prove fatal sue them get your money back.

It’s only a matter of time before you get screwed over then realize that their whole customer service is only smoke n mirrors with no substance . Shop elsewhere

It is a scam I got logged out of my account and the packet never came to my house and i had bout a pop it and I didn’t get it I got Mabel mesh I whant a re-fund now! They are scammers bc they don’t do same day refunds like give me my money back. And bc they gave me 10 mins to buy stuff for free and they lied.

This app is 100% a scam!!! Everyone knows it takes months to get items ordered from wish…. But this time around when I ordered three items I’m August of 2022… I never received any of them and it’s Dec 2022. When I tried to cancle my order the apps bots tell me I’m outside of my return window. How can I not get a refund on items you never send me in the first place!!!

Can’t reach support. Doesn’t provide address for pickup location just name…just pathetic. Don’t waste your time being scammed by these con artists. Apple should be embarrassed to have them in App Store.

You don’t get what you ordered and a very long shipping process it is outrageous I would recommend not using this app it is horrible

What ever the item i wish to buy everything was sold out waited for so long to reorder nothing was available waste of time in browsing this app

I’m trying again, at some point it might be my own fault for trying to get a good deal Knowing they do no doubt operate fraudulently , as I’ve experienced I’ve even taken the opportunity to get them back, which only is available on real cheap purchases But does feel justifying and good So here I go again, wish is a dedicated scam site, so odds are against me 🤣 To wish 👆🏿wrong finger to U

For security purposes I’m being asked to verify my email but it doesn’t seem to work..I’ve tried to figure out this frustrating security email. With the recovery issues and having to take further steps , I decided IM DONE!! To many online apps to choose from so I’m deleting Wish… 2weeks when I got hit with email /security… after 4 days of attempting to fix this and still unable to correct it….not worth it!!!

Got scammed multiple times. I ordered a bike for my son for Xmas and they sent me a bag of Covid masks. No refund. BEWARE SCAMS GALORE!!!
