Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renew may be turned off after purchase by going to the ‘Manage Subscription’ page in settings. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable. The subscription will renew at the same cost.

After you complete a workout, the next workout will automatically adjust (weight/rep/set increments and decrements) to respond to performance levels in the previous workout. Trying to switch between the phone app & watch app during a workout is extremely buggy and causes some sets to get dropped, adding a new set will “clone” the previous set and changing anything on one will affect the other, etc. Other bugs in the phone app are minuscule but getting the watch integration to be more seamlessly with the phone app would make this a 5+ star app.

This program has helped me identify weak areas and helped me add about 250# on my squat. But if you try to make your own, the naming, copy and paste system is so messed up it deleted the names I just inputted or it would just replace the wrong one. Then I went to go copy last weeks workout for this week and there’s no easy way instead it replaced what it said I was copying so I’ve now tried to enter and copy the same workout 3 times. It’s not very user friendly in that regard which is disappointing.

If you are tired of constantly tweaking spreadsheets to calculate your weights to optimum levels, this app is for you. Many of the canned standard programs - 5/3/1, SS and many others are already built in. Or, if you like to tinker with your own programming, you can alter any of the above at will or do your own from scratch. If you are the type that really needs coaching and help optimizing your program, there are cheap add-one that can be purchased for this that go far beyond the free coach that is included. Can’t get a better app for lifting IMO.

I like moody things about the app. I'm using this with the Texas Method stock program. My main problem is when the program moves to the next week or dramatically increases my 1rm and I have to reset it under my profile. If I don't the app add up to 25lbs to my lifting schedule. Maybe the app is basing the change off my rir I ented, but I'd rather it at least tell me if it's jumping me up 20 lbs instead of 5.
