Taco Bell Fast Food & Delivery

I use this app almost daily for me and the family!! We love Taco Bell! And the app really Is amazing!! 5 stars from me! There are only a few things I would love to see fixed. For example: I would love to order a breakfast grande burrito but there is no option to add nacho cheese!!!! So I’ve had to NOT order my favorite burrito more times than I’d like because I can’t make it the way I want it! (I usually go into The store and order it but that’s not always an option) And also the ability to add a diet Mountain Dew is gone. It’s my preference of drink but I can’t order it on the app. My local store knows me well and asks if I want it as a diet and it’s usually ok. But it would be nice to have the order correct for the restaurant Incase a newer person is working and doesn’t know the issue / fix. For an improvement, I feel like a super useful tool to have would be a comment box. Or special instructions. With that in place I could leave a note about the drink being diet and not regular. Or add nacho cheese even. Little tweaks could make this app perfect!

Not here! I select my store and soon as I picked everyone’s order, I see a pop-up, “Hurry! Your store is closing soon!” I put in my payment and …its closed. No tacos for me.

After you tip and pay the delivery charge, you end up paying 10 more. You could just go there in person and double your food for that much money. Then there are a lot of deals that require in-person pickup to use. Seems greedy to me, especially when they are getting far more business through delivery.

Most of the locations say “no app ordering” but then there are certain items and discounts you can only order/use on the app.

Like the way you can order and have it ready around the time you get there. Easy to use and navigate through. Only thing I wish you could add Root Bear to the drinks and also where you have a choice to select eat in. Other then that it’s great!

They lied. They had a promotion going you get a free Mexican pizza if you order $15 or more. I clicked on it and never got my free Mexican pizza spent more than $30. Delivery fee is higher than what DoorDash charges.

Every time I try to order food it’s a crapshoot if I’m going to be able to. The same card that works one day suddenly isn’t “authorized” the next. It’s ridiculous because it goes through enough to create a hold on my accounts, preventing me from having the money otherwise until they finally actually nix it. Oh, and the “free offers” never seem to get applied. First I was told it was automatic so I’d just get the free food, then I was told to order it and it comes off… neither of those have been true.

I messed up my foot so I decided to try the delivery service out. My food took an extra half hour to arrive than I was quoted, which was 40 minutes from my order placement. I left a large tip too so I just wasted money on service that I didn’t receive. My food was soggy and cold. There’s no good contact option in the app to report the problem above. So now it’s getting reported here for all to see instead! Also, my food is more expensive because there’s no option to substitute sauce for dairy items. So I pay extra for adding sauce after taking away the dairy items. If I take away sour cream, cheese, AND a creamy sauce and make it Fresco; I should be able to have a red or green sauce AND tomatoes. Not get charged extra for choosing to add a sauce back to make my food less dry.

There’s actually no way to speak to a customer service rep for delivery orders since it’s routed through Doordash. The driver delivered my order to the wrong address and there’s nobody I can contact and I have no idea where my order is. The house in the confirmation photo from the Doordash text message was not my house and they don’t reply to texts.

It’s always some kind of problem using this app, whether I’m billed and the order doesn’t go through at the restaurant or the deals don’t work it’s always something that goes wrong. Pair that with long loading times and a clunky feel it’s terrible. And to top it off they twist your arm into using this piece of junk app by locking menu items behind it because it’s the only way they can get anyone to use it

Needs to be more user friendly. Found app difficult to log in and navigate and could not get help unlocking my account when trying to place in order. Ended up just ordering in house 3 times and lost the points. Deals really aren’t good for having the app as competitors offer. Every offer I’ve gotten is for food delivery and I prefer to just pick up my food, so doesn’t apply. I’m keeping it installed for a little longer to see if it gets better, but may be uninstalling soon since it’s been more of a hassle trying to order through and really no benefit I’ve experienced.

I love Taco Bell just as much as the next person, but when my order is wrong or messed up I expect them to fix it. Now this has happened to me twice now.. I placed an order but THEIR system pretty much denied it. But it was confirmed on my end. I can’t seem to cancel the order after it was placed. I’ve emailed multiple time and I’ve called multiple times. I’m on hold rn and my approximate hold time keeps going up! From 1 min to 20 minutes no matter how long I sit on the phone it seems like I can never get a hold of anyone. I have an order that was never delivered from like 5 days ago and I haven’t even received a refund either! Taco Bell please fix your app. This is so irritating!!

i love downloading apps to earn points and everything for my food orders, but this one is the only one i have had so much trouble with for months, i tried to redo my password and it wouldn't send a link to my email i made sure it was typed in correctly and kept redoing the email after 10 mins but it would never work, i was disappointed plus everytime i log in with facebook and go to rewards it says log in for rewards . smh update and fix these bugs please i would love to use this app !!

App works fine. Store doesn’t get orders. When it arrives it been ten minutes and doesn’t alert workers. Cannot submit a complaint on the app without a full profile. Deleted.

I put an order in on the app and I paid with Apple Pay. After a successful payment I got an ETA of 45 minutes to one hour. After an hour I look on my app and it said order was received and in process. I called restaurant and no answer all evening. Next day I call again and they have no idea what I’m talking about. That they did not have an order. Then they tell me to take it up with door dash. (Like how is door dash responsible for you not making my order) my order was never filled for door dash to deliver. I made my order on Taco Bell app not door dash app… So I call the toll free number and and she literally tells me “This is not Taco Bell’s fault, and if we decide to make a refund we will email you in 4-6 business days” WOW!!! Guess what? No refund 8days later. I was SCAMMED!

I have been trying to use this app ever since it became available, and have not been able to. I sign up with Apple ID, then try to log in with Apple ID and nothing ever happens. The loading icon spins a couple of seconds and that’s it! I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app more than a dozen times, and have tried to sign up and sign at least 100. Literally!!! Because I like to pay with Apple Pay. This app is absolutely useless to me!!! So disappointed. This is the primary reason Taco Bell is never on my mind anymore when I am deciding where to grab a bite. Need to do better!

The new update will not let me order Update:1/11/23 there was another update and I still can not order in the app. This is incredibly disappointing.

Haven’t been able to use in at least 3 weeks. It will process my CC payment, even shows up in my bank account, then the app tells me that my payment didn’t go throw, then my bank reverses the payment.

i ordered delivery and tipped but an error occurred and for some reason it told the store pick up yet still charged me the tip and delivery fee and when i got there they hadn’t even started making my food yet and i haven’t been able to get any of my money back yet
