My mobile app keeps putting my deposits into the accounts that is listed on top… It doesn’t seem to matter if I check a different account or not. I deleted the app and reinstalled it as instructed by technical support. We will see if that fixes the issue.

The app itself is good and easy to use. Honestly I’m not sure if the app has anything to do with Plaid connectivity issues, but just in case it does I’ll comment on it. I’d really like to utilize other apps that use Plaid to connect to my bank account to help manage a budget, but BOK can’t maintain a stable connection with Plaid. If it does establish a connection, the connection is lost within 24 hours. I’ve used other banks in the past that don’t have this issue, so I’m not certain if this is a security setting within the bank or the banking app. BOK is my primary account, so it’s relatively frustrating not being able to use Plaid.

I have multiple bank accounts and credit cards, and I will say by far this is the worst company I’ve ever had to work for. They have cashed checks that were fraudulent, and their credit card service is by far the worst I have ever experienced. Save your time and money and have nothing to do with this bank!!

Your online remote deposit function is no longer working. It has rejected all attempts to use it for the last couple of months even though it shows that there is ample capacity. Please fix it so I don’t have to travel to the bank and fill out a paper form just to deposit a check. Thanks.

The customer service is exceptional. I would like your programmers to help old people out by allowing us to zoom on the screens. I do use my iPhone for transfers bill pay etc. And the size of print is extremely uncomfortable. Thank you and have a nice day.

Every time I open the account history it just closes! It is sooo frustrating! I’m trying to do my online banking and this is unacceptable! I have the newest version. I have also deleted the app then reloaded it and it does the same thing.

Horrible App!! The Face ID constantly drops off and have to manually log in. I have reported this issue now 4 times and BOK does not care! Still an issue, just happened again. Wonder when BOK will fix it? Never?

I enjoy doing the fingerprint scan , making quick assessments and doing work on my bank account very conveniently. It’s a real advantage over standing in line and taking time out of my day. Everything is quick and easy and that’s what I really appreciate out of good banking.
