StubHub: Event Tickets

I used to use StubHub all the time. There was a filter selection to include fees in the displayed price but they just removed that functionality. Now you have to click through four checkout screens before you see the total price. Get bent, StubHub!

The last two times I attended an NFL game I checked my tickets before arriving at the stadium only to get error messages when I tried to pull them up on the app.

Purchased thru StubHub… have order number, section and seat numbers. Get to the event and Stub hub has NO RECORD of the tickets!! They have the order number, but seats are not available! I am NOT HAPPY to say the least. DO NOT USE STUBHUB EVER!!!

It’s been almost 2 months and I still haven’t received my money

I use StubHub all the time to sell football tickets. There was an update yesterday and now when you go to look at the event, most of the tickets do not show. Before the update it was fine. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app. No go. People using the app can’t see my listing, I don’t think. Stop with the updates that completely change the UI options back and forth and break things.

Removed the ability to add in estimated taxes and fees… removed the ability to select only the first row of the section… removed the ability to zoom into zones and look aisle by aisle. Made yourselves obsolete in one update, lol. Just going to use Gametime and Seat Geek now!

Recent updates removed a lot of key features making the app just a janky web interface

I bought tickets off a stubhub only for them to be fake tickets. The seat number doesn’t even exist at the stadium but you can’t see the seat number until after you ordered the tickets. StubHub doesn’t have any verification for the tickets they sell! I’ve contacted stubhub multiple times, each time given a completely different response on when I can expect a refund.

Please DO NOT USE OR SUPPORT THIS GARBAGE COMAPNY IF YOU DONT HAVE TO! They have very deceitful policies and seems that they commonly will manipulate your ticket listings to cause your sales to fall through/ delist/ cause general aggravation leaving you on the hook for whatever the determined sales price is on stubhub. They offer very few details on how to “correctly” list and transfer your tickets which can differ depending on the ticket type. Ultimately they do more to stand in the ticket holders way and set you up so they can collect their penalty fee when you fail to work within their “system” and then offer no support or explanation or route for correction. Just stay away unless you want to feel swindled and have a headache.

Where did price alert go? Where did the ability to see how many tickets were left for each event on the main page for a team go? Why did you make the app worse?

This App is not my best experience!! They took my money and someone came in contact with me who I don't know and then sent me tickets for Marshmallows DJ, seriously felt scammed !!! I also not sure how those people from the event to get my contact my info! Be aware using this app! Personal info is not protected

This App is so confusing, I got 1 tickets and the sellers just decided not to send it to me!! I called Stubhud customer care and not really cared about my experience and just said sorry about your experience!? Eventually, I got a text from someone claiming that he got my tickets however not sure how he got my contact information! This app gets sends your info to people you don’t know ! Never going to use this app again!!!

It’s trash! Almost unusable. Find whoever developed the updated app and fire them…way to fix something that wasn’t broken😐

Ordered tickets but received no email to transfer them. -120$ total scam do not use this app. Called their service and was given the runaround and no options. Sorry Scary pockets. Hopefully you get some money out of this. Sorry I won’t see you in SF

The latest updates to the mobile app are asinine. After I list tickets to sell, I can’t search to buy new tickets without shutting down my phone first so it pulls back up your basic search options. Just a frustrating, brutal experience.

This used to be the best ticket provider. Now it’s awful. Hard to sell tickets and the fees are crazy high for buying.

Bought to tickets to Bill Burr.. never received the tickets. Complicated process to get someone on the phone to attempt to resolve. When we finally did, she promised us that stub hub would give us new tickets, since originally purchased ones we’re in fact part of a scam and “the owner couldn’t produce them.” After we hung up with the rep, she sent us an email with a link to click on, that would give us options for new tickets, only we were notified upon clicking the link that there were no tickets available to this event. Never again.

This recent update makes using the app absolutely BRUTAL. I’ve never had a problem buying or selling tickets through StubHub, but I lose all my patience navigating through the app. Clicking on a seat and then trying to go back to the listed seats just brings you back to a teams schedule making the process even longer. Plenty of other third party ticket selling apps with cleaner app features

finding where to put the access code is terrible and then for all my orders it never works. i have had to constantly be on the phone with customer service to actually be able to get my tickets. if you do use stubhub order far in advance and check immediately when your tickets are suppose to arrive. they’ll likely not be there and you’ll need to spend hours on the phone with customer service to get them so do this as far before your event as possible. truly terrible app and ticketing system. DO NOT USE!!!!!
