Pharmacist are withholding medications due to them being such a large number while being told by one pharmacist “I will not fill anything again for you for any reason “, a pharmacy that I may add, gave me the Rx of a different person and left me many days without the pain regimen after 7 spinal herniations.

I have been ordering prescriptions a week ahead of time to make sure the meds are in stock. I don't understand that the fill that order that day, and for the rest of the week you are reminded almost every day by phone and by text that your order is ready. Also my dr. submitted prescription to your website and marks it for future purchases, that your company fill all of them and then calls us. Also the prescriptions what the doctor gives me versus what Walgreens has left is always different. Other than that the service is fine.

The bottom line is so simple. The App and the actual Pharmacy do NOT communicate with each other. The pharmacy does not seem to understand their own App and how it communicates with the customer. That is all.

I would not recommend Walgreens for medication refills. I have had so many issues with contacting pharmacists about medication questions or they give me vague answers to which I turn to google instead of asking someone who went to school for this profession.

This app is way too confusing. Way too much. It just took me 20 minutes to confirm my delivery order because I didn’t know whether I was logged in, whether the coupons were excepted, and my payment information was not loaded. I had to log out three times and come back in and click a couple of other things that I don’t even know what I clicked, this app is way too busy/confusing.

Used to be able to order prescription online and choose to pick up in an our. Now five hours is the soonest. Ridiculous.

Sadly, this app does not allow you to input insurance info or notification of price of prescription, copayments, credit card info. I would love to have prescriptions mailed to me but this app requires credit card info before, not after, insurance/co pay review. I won’t know if I am being billed correctly until AFTER my credit card has been charged.

This app does not show pick up date which confuses everybody. Dr follow up and prescribe then uses that date 2 week or 4 day too early

Very difficult to add photos.

I’ve had problems ever since I switched to Walgreens out of medicine can’t fill this. Can’t find that out of this out of that it’s just been a real big headache.

I have completely lost faith in this Walgreens pharmacy. They do not follow up and help the patients, they never have the medication I need. They are always behind and do not seem to care if I get my medications or not. They have caused me to be out of medication for days sometimes weeks. I even stopped taking a medication that was working well for me because they could never get it. I live in a small town with very little options when it comes to a pharmacy. However I am searching for the options because I can’t trust them to manage my medications anymore. The Petersburg WV Walgreens is incompetent and whoever is running the pharmacy should be fired!

Your application for Rx needs serious debugging. It doesn’t delay proper status for anything. 90% of the time. Sometimes the App wants to dispense two of the same scripts. Terrible. Start over and replace it. That’s your best bet. The Walgreens techs tell me the exact same thing.

The app is unreliable. It dropped my prescription request with no explanation. Many times is will get a message that my prescription is ready and it is not. It is just unreliable and out of sync with the store. You need to get it together.

The messages are inaccurate and contradictory

Unable to make my prescription renewal pick up for today. The app only gives me days out options. When I call the store there is no answer in the pharmacy. On hold for 45 minutes then hung up on. This happened 4 times. I would like my prescriptions available for pickup today1/14/23 or Sunday1/15/23 due to out of town trip Monday. Thanks, Lisa Raab Lisa

I’ve been going to the pharmacy for years. The pharmacy is busy most of the time. I’ve had to wait in the drive through line 10 to 15 minutes. When I go inside most of the time, there’s a line. When you look inside the pharmacy, it is way too small for the amount of people in there and counter space and storage for peoples pick ups. The bags waiting for people to pick up are stored on the FLOOR because it’s so overflowing. WITH THE MONEY THAT WALGREENS MAKES THEY NEED TO INVEST IN A BIGGER PHARMACY. ANYONE CAN SEE THAT. I’m sure that upper management knows this but that would affect the budget so nothing will be done.

When the app with simple and worked, I became a fan of Walgreens. Now it’s painful to manage my prescriptions. The only thing that works most of the time is scan for a prescription. it is so difficult to see prescription history. The set up is arduous and it seems like it asked you to do that every time 80% of time after all that work I just get a spinning thing that never goes anywhere. So now when I’m at a doctor and want to look at my prescriptions, it’s impossible. I think it’s time to change pharmacies. Anybody can build a better after this. I’m fine with security, but it should be easy and simple.
