I love this store I have never gotten a bad drink. The baristas are so kind and greet you with a smiling face and by name if your a regular. They always keep me up to date with new drinks that are in the cafe. The only problem I have is when they are out of peach juice, can’t have my Trenta Peach green tea extra peach juice without it.


luv my Starbucks app. I like to just grab and go. But the app runs so slow. When I open the app it freezes up or kicks me out. Not sure if this happens to other users.


App is almost useless if you can't even login. App rejects my correct login information ALL THE TIME. Not using a VPN


I installed the app and used the strong password setting on the iPhone. It saved the password. When I tried to open the app and use the password, the app told me I had an invalid password. I reset the password twice, same result. No thanks.


I have had the app for a couple years now but recently got logged out somehow. I have not been able to log back in for about 6 months, even after deleting and reinstalling the app and resetting my password. I have even tried to create a new account on the app and online in a browser but neither has worked. Hoping this issue gets resolved.


As someone who works early in the morning, it is nice and convenient to be able to place a mobile order and have it ready for me on my way to work! Very convenient and definitely a life-saver!


App keeps logging me out at random times…. Weird. Never had that happen on previous versions. Been logged in for years since before this.


The Starr is very nice and helpful and make sure you have what to order and make you feel part of the family


The app is simple, quick, & easy. Also, I am always guaranteed a great cup of dark roast....they offer me a pour-over if out and I don’t have to ask for it...that’s great proactive service! Sometimes coffee not hot enough at pick up when I mobile order.


My review for Starbucks, not because I can get free coffee with my rewards that I earn, But because every time I go in Starbucks especially on San Pedro and Rector the young lady always remembers everyone’s name for me that is 1,0000 plus. Starbucks for me had several different flavors yes, I get confused with the flavor that is because in the pictures it’s shows many different tasty flavors so I have to get what works for me. appreciate the fact that someone is willing to help and patience with me. Starbucks has had a smooth take to it and get it gets me right when I need it the most. yes I would love to pay and taste all of them, but I am very picky. Starbucks is my favorite place of coffee besides being at home making my own thank you Starbucks for having the taste that I like with Coffee.❤️

The latest update deleted my stars, my payment method, my stored card with a balance! Please fix this!!!!!


I don’t always get the stars advertised on the app. I do enjoy having my drinks ready and an easy way to keep track of my gift cards.


I used to love this app and now I can’t even use. I always get logged out of my account then it says my password is wrong so I reset it. I’m on the Starbucks website and I’m logged in and says my password is correct then when I go onto the app it says my password is wrong. I don’t even get Starbucks anymore cause this annoys me so much.


I love a venti caramel frap or caramel crunch frap with 3 affogatto shots, but every time I go to the drive thru in El Sobrante, CA they either blend them in or forget to put them in at all. I know what they look like since I buy them everyday from other locations & the same young lady tries to tell me they make them different & the shots drain down the center of the drink, that’s why it looks different, I looked at the bottom & tried to stir white the straw to get the dark espresso liquid to mix & it was real thick no dark liquid anywhere in the drink, it also looked like they put whip cream in the bottom poured the frap in & then added more whip, caramel & no crunch anywhere! I said they blended the shots by accident right? She said no your shots are in there & then closed the window & turned away! How rude & I will never go thru the drive thru there again! If I ever go back there at all! I’m thinking of not going to Starbucks anymore & switching to Peets instead. When you pay an extra $3 for your drink you should get it the way it is supposed to be. Every other locations this drink is done right so I know what it looks like! I spend $9 for my frap & over $200 a month to Starbucks just in drinks(not including the $50-$75 a month on food. You might not care how you treat your customers but I don’t have to spend $250-$275 a month with Starbucks to be dismissed by a rude employee.


For the most part, it’s a great app but I took off 1 Star because of the glitches and it doesn’t allow you to completely customize or order a cup of ice/water with your order
