I can never find all my accounts! Says I owe but when I look I can’t find the bill!!! Very frustrating! Now it wants a nickname and all that apply are used. Tell you anything???
My internet connection is not good. It’s on & off. Everytime I watch tv it streaming, it’s erratic & it will interrupt my viewing due too internet’s poor connection
It’s worse than calling 800 number. Calling 800 number might wait for 5 mins to get to talk to someone. This App? Ha!
At&T is never consistent .. they tell you to use the app but sometimes it doesn’t even work . . . Don’t lose your phone because they’ll still make you pay the billl.
App is not working properly at all!
ATT internet is totally worthless. No internet and no way to contact anybody to help. I call support and they tell me it will be back up tomorrow. Tomorrow comes and still no internet. Call back and they tell me it will be up in two days. It’s not! I did automated diagnosis over the phone and the recording said it would be fixed by April 7. Uhhh today is April 29 and still not fixed. The certainly don’t mind taking and keeping my money!!!
Contacted at 9am for assistance on terrible service. Now 9pm and never received updates that were promised 3 times today that they’d arrive within a couple of hours. Worthless!!

I love how I can't use the app or the website because AT&T is technologically unable to send a verification. Always an issue with this app!
Trying to perform simple tasks takes forever. Also, frequently performing tasks you just end up watching a spinning wheel. I expect more out of such a large company.

This app is a total downgrade from their previous app. Nothing is easy to find and it seems it’s designed to always recommend an upgrade, especially for a new *free* phone which is a blatant devious tactic to offer you free garbage then show you all of the premium priced options. Also, I see no reason to commit to a 36 month contract with monthly payments that are equal to the Apple store price of a new iPhone, unless you can only afford it on time payments. Overall, a D- app with an F value.
Need to add facial recognition to sign into account
This app is very complicated. It does not help you accomplish anything but payments.
