The electronic options are great. The in person banking post pandemic is lacking sorely and missed!

Is the machine a platform and allow the power with a human, or does the machine become overbearing and take over the human without the platform being a friendly mate. Thank you.


I would give this app 5 stars prior to the last update. However, the last update broke part of the app. After I make a payment, the screen freezes and I have to force quit the app to do anything else. I tried to find a support page to report rather than giving a poor review but I couldn’t.


What an awful app. It has had so many glitches that my payment has not been sent through (after already not allowing me to add my payment account info for DAYS), and now I have an absurd late fee! Horrible!


I hate big corporations and I hate them even more when they blatantly lie about where the money I have safe in their bank is being used to fund. Bank of America says it cares about the environment and they’re committed to achieving a net-zero financial emissions by 2050 while donating $42.1 billion in 2020. Not as bad as jpmorgan chase, but good enough to make the top 3 for 2020 ❤️


Whoever makes this app should be forced to use it as a punishment. If you have the pleasure of doing business with any other financial institutions aside from BofA you will see that this app is awful. Please rip off Citi’s app or even US Bank! I’m begging you.

Interest & fee’s for overdrafts are terrible. I am a customer with multiple accounts for many years & you shaft me on credit.


Their mobile app is extremely primitive and outdated; it’s riddled with bugs and the interface is jarring. 3 stars just because it gets the job done at the end of the day but In my experience this has been the worst of 5 different banking apps (2 credit unions) I’ve used so 2 stars at best.

If you try to view your credit card rewards on mobile it never loads, just spins forever.


I have noticed that B of A has made great strides in customer service in the last year!


Not easy to move from screen to screen. Writing covers payment amount. Had to exit Ap to go back in and enter payment. Lots of glitches.


1. When you get a new credit card the old credit card number does not get replaced. 2. Bank of America still uses checks to pay bills and it takes 7/9 days which makes for late charges from nasty companies. 3. Bank of American uses third parties which I refuse to use. They should be responsible for my money. 4. Bank of America sends me texts and emails of withdrawals on credit cards but does not give me the option to say YES.. I ACKNOWLEDGE NO I DISAGREE. I have to phone them and say NOT AUTHORIZED. Then they say nothing we can do about it. I must phone the scam guy to find out why he scammed me. It’s their job. Listen to me and not the scammer. If I say it’s unauthorized… then it’s unauthorized and if you want to pay them your money and get it back then do so. 5. Your robots have to be more flexible just like a cop directing traffic. Keep things moving in the right direction. Not a lot of dumb questions. 6. I love to use robot to pay my bills and credit cards … it’s so easy.
