I have been using the LeanSquad program for over a year now! I am down 35 pounds so far and I feel so much stronger, more energetic and more confident! I love the way the challenges are set up focusing on a specific body part each day with active recovery built into the program. 3 1/2 years ago I had back surgery. After playing collegiate and pro soccer for so long I was terrified of never being able to get back the fitness I had lost. Not just to play sports again but to be able to enjoy my son and future child’s active life style. A friend of mine turned me on to Lean Squad and it has been the best decision I have made these last 3 years as nothing has been able to get me over the hurdle of my injury. Like most people time is short for fitness so the 30 minutes is beyond ideal for me, while at the same time Phil emphasizing just doing your best and working your hardest. I can’t thank him enough for creating this program and he has gained a member for life. No matter your level of fitness this program helps any and everyone fit and at their own pace achieve their fitness goals.

Leansquad workouts have changed my life. The 30 minute workouts that are assigned daily are great because it takes out the “hmm what workout should I pick” out of it. Each day you click the day’s video, and the optional dumbbell finishers add a nice way to round out. The workouts get more challenging as your progress so you never have to worry about getting stagnant. I have always hated working out with a passion and the fact that I’ve been doing Phil’s workout for almost 2 years speaks volumes. The positivity from him in the videos combined with the support system that comes from other squadies keeps me coming back each day. It is such a positive and uplifting group of all backgrounds, ages, and skill level. Definitely give it a whirl and you won’t be disappointed!

Workouts with Leansquad have been a game changer for me since the beginning of the pandemic, but the app took the program to a new level. I got a breakthrough case of long Covid this fall and switched to low-impact workouts. Doing them everyday always made me feel better, and my doctors noted the positive effect of continuing to do light movement on days I feel terrible. Phil’s positivity and encouragement is incredibly motivating, and the community is an amazing support system. The app is very user friendly and easy to navigate. Highly recommend!
