I’ve been trying to send a message to support and call locations and failed to get any answers or replies. I missed placed my key to my lock, yes I know that’s on me, but I’ve been calling for days to try and find out what steps I need to take to get to my items and still no response or answers. This is really frustrating I’m paying for a storage that I can’t access and they aren’t even trying to help me get access at all. What’s the point of me having it if I can’t use it.

You guys are absolutely horrible I’ve had a lock in my storage for a month even though I was paid up no ever removed it only way I got it removed was when I waited a hole day for someone to finally be in the office I would call and call and no one would ever pick up the phone I can’t wait to finally fish removing all my items and if some one were to ask me if they should get a storage unit there I would make sure to have them avoid y’all at all coast

I’m disappointed in the treatment of their customers. They went up $55 Dollars on my rent and when I asked them why the young man on the phone was rude and condescending repeatedly saying we can go up anytime on your rent and it’s our prerogative it’s in your contract… I told him I’ve only been with you all 4 months and he kept reading rudely from a script. I’ve seen companies increase prices but gradually, to jump up $55 is ridiculous!!! You keep treating your customers this way and see how long you stay in business…

The app itself is fine and makes things easy however I saved my card as one does and suddenly it doesn’t want to take my payments and the company charges you every time it bounces so my bill is higher every time I have to pay. The fees are a scam and it’s only when you try to pay with your saved information

This location is right across from a club that uses its parking a night. The hours are inaccessible to people that work. The storage it’s self is dirty. You have to make sure you buy your own locks they will over charge you for a small round lock. 2-3 weeks before they sell your unit they will break the locks and replace them so that you won’t be able to access anything in meantime. This place needs money that’s why it’s so expensive and they don’t explain there policy clearly unless you ask multiple times.
