I need to use voiceover because I'm blind, in the app is not accessible, we are using the essential oils and we need accessible apps to use it in by the product so I encourage you to make it accessible with voiceover, I need to access all the buttons
They for some reason took away the shop all feature which has made it impossible to actually be able to find the products you need anymore. You are left with limited categories to browse through that don’t include all product lines. I hate this version of the app so much I don’t even want to purchase anymore. Bring back the old version please
What happened to the app? I can only tap on two options now to browse products…single essential oils, and blends. Used to be able to browse other categories like new items, limited edition items, diffusers, personal care, supplements, etc. Those choices are no longer available. I have to use a browser and go to doTerra.com if I want to see those options. I hope you put them back into the app soon.
The new update is so frustrating! I get emails about new products, but when I use the app I can never find them! Bring back the shop all feature.
I loved this app until a recent update occurred. Now there is no longer an option to search products by category “Shop All”. This is a big design flaw and prevents new customers from browsing all available products unless they know the name of a specific item! Please change it back to the old way!
I used to love the app. But now that they have removed the browse all products feature as well as the ability to search for specials and limited time offers it makes finding what I want much more difficult. I will probably consider canceling my membership because the shopping experience has become such a pain and the app was my primary method for preparing my order not the website.
Your latest update removed the ability to shop all products by scrolling through the list of all products. This is the main way I look for products. Please bring this back! Now have to revert back to using the website to find anything and it’s very frustrating. Thank you!
I used to love the doterra shopping experience but now that they took the browse all products away, it is almost impossible to find all the products. It is very frustrating and I dread placing orders now and shopping because you simply cannot see all the products. There’s no diffuser section, no skincare section and so on.
No option to shop all products. Why? Now I can’t use the app and have to go online to do my Monthly order.
If you are signed in to your account and start filling your cart, if you leave the app and then come back to it, your cart will be empty and you will have to start all over. Plus it is super slow. This app blows. :( Much better off ordering from the actual doterra website. Get a new app developer, please! With the amount of money this company makes, surely they can afford a better app. Yikes!!!

This app is not entirely user friendly. My cart switches from LRP to one time purchase, and if I don’t watch it, I end up paying for in return shipping for items that I don’t want.
This app is nice for jumping quick to your loyalty cart but lots of issues lately loading and losing my shopping cart order and loyalty order if you get interrupted before you pay. For all the money folks spend on oils… it’s a shame this app is so problematic
I’m on the latest version and latest iOS and it simply never loads. 😿
I’m new to doterra and wanted to get the app for convenience. But I can’t even log in to the app. It takes so long to load then it says error then goes back to the log in and it’ll keep cycling that.
I was excited the day I found out about this app. It has never functioned. It is very annoying, disappointing and words I am not allowed to write. They claim as of December 2020 that they fixed a bug that didn’t allow customers to log in. Well guess what 6 months after the app launched I still can log in to this p.o.s
Disappointed that yet another app is not able to be used horizontally. You would think this would be available.
It is disappointing that the app is not avaible for other countries than US and Canada. It is supposed to be developed by Doterra International.
Really wish I could just view the catalog without having to log in
