Cannot access the session this is the second time.

Wasted time and money, not patient centered care. After 3 sessions, it was obvious that my therapist was not a good fit for me so I requested a change. The response was: there are currently no providers available, try to work things out and if in 30 days you’re still unhappy, a ticket can be submitted for a change if a new provider is available. I do not like posting negative reviews and I attempted to address this issue but received the same response. People are unique and complex, if Apti considered this, there would be a plan in place. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

When asking for a special character, it should be explicitly outlined that certain characters are not accepted. There were no directions that stated only certain characters were permitted, so when my password set up kept getting rejected it was extremely frustrating.

Please, for the love of god, fix the messaging page. There’s no autocorrect and it’s extremely difficult to move the cursor. It hops all over the place when you try to move it. I end up having to delete everything after the thing I need to fix because it’s the only way to get back to it.

I am currently sitting in my first session, which I began 10m early to make sure it was set up. My session began automatically counting down and is now 14m in without anyone showing up on the other side.
