Adding the new mesh wireless is a pain because apparently it takes a day or two to even have the app tied to your account. The UI has not been updated for the new iPhone’s screens and buttons are hard to push. No error messages or reporting tools when the app fails or is stuck in its loading screen. Huge disappointment. Hope Sonicwall starts maintaining this so it’s useful. Still not a reason to not go with them.

After installing and going to setup to log onto my Sonicwall account it can’t connect to the server. Tried on both cellular and Wi-Fi and still can’t connect to server. Really good first impression. #fail.

I’ve tried to register three sonic waves so far and each has gone into an endless loop. Hitting cancel just locks up the app and it has to be forced to close. So my only choice is to register them on the website the old way.
