I’ve tried other apps and this one had them all best! I like all of the features and think the price point is great. My favorite features are the habit trackers and the forum. The habit tracker allows me to create a routine for each part of the day and I can make it as complex or simple as works for me. They feature mental health experts (like LCSW, for example) on the forum and they will answer questions with great tips! It’s also a great place to share any experience you’re going through and to get a different perspective on your issue. I also like how you can journal through the mood tracker and writing. Finally, the CBT exercises within the app have been helpful, especially when I’m really struggling with my depression and anxiety. Highly recommend if you’re looking for mental health support!

I have found this app to be so useful and worth it to pay for. It gives me lots of insights about my mood. I especially like the Feel Good feature that identifies the source of your good mood and the Identify Thinking Traps section which lets you not only rate your mood, but also gets into what’s making you feel that way. I’ve been really stressed over school and work and this app has really helped me with relieving my stress. I log how I’m feeling on a specific day and the app provides feedback on how to mitigate my stress. The app also has a forum where you can ask therapists questions on any issues you’ve been having.
