I’ve been trying to login for about a month and it just won’t go through or says authentication failed which it’s the same exact info at the store or if I go online on a website. Wish they would get it fixed so I could order a couple new shirts and jackets. Frustrating to say the least.
The app hardly ever works. When it does it crashes.

The app forgot my password and when I tried to change it the app froze and pulled up all the source code for everything came up and nothing else. Waste of space on my phone
What’s the point of the app if I can’t use the actual app and have to use safari/chrome

App doesn’t work at all for I phone at all this issue needs to be fixed
No obvious support for the newer generation iPhones. Very upsetting.
This app is such a headache. I use to be able to see my paycheck statement then sometimes it’ll act up and wouldn’t allow me. After the new update I haven’t been able to open or see my paycheck statement. It’s ridiculous!
Tried to view check stubs and change bank account information but when I go to the option nothing happens. Same after restarting app and multiple refreshes. The personal info tab and directory tab work but all the others does nothing.
It is not user friendly and it it keeps freezing up on me.
Can’t even get your schedule what’s the point of the app
Every time I try to log in on this app it says authentication failed, yet it’s the same log in info that works at my store and by just going into a website, I don’t know why this isn’t working, I’ve been trying this app for a month now and says the same thing, I am trying to order a uniform and can’t get past the log in

Select current employee, enter login, then sits and spins till it times out or other times it never times out. Currently I’ve been leaving it run and it’s been “logging in” for two days straight. Someone needs to fix the app and fast
I have deleted and reloaded this app 3 times and it still will not work. When I try to log in it just sets there till it times out.
the app hasn’t worked for about three weeks. it says there’s supposed to be a new app but there isn’t. i’m just trying to view my paycheck.
I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times and this piece of garbage app still will not load. Fix it please.
