EVERY submission attempt fails due to “unknown error “. Worthless and a waste of time.

I tried to use it when I got to work to report a hazard on the bike path, it didn’t work and there are ZERO instructions! I thought maybe you had to be at the hazard, nope just error after error with nothing else to guide you. To say it’s frustrating is a huge understatement. This should not be released as is.
