Extremely frustrating to try and figure out connecting. Followed the instructions but still won’t connect. Definitely not user friendly.
Probably a simple thing to do and find out but I’m unable to do it? Ask to scan QR code yet there no option for the app to show one for your device. Where do I get the device I’d says each camera has a unique id to me app would be better if simple issues were addressed to allow user to use the app like it was intended. I’ll give it a couple days then find a app that doesn’t have me doing more research. Just want to use an old phone has a cam until I get a few security cameras
Keeps kicking me out of the app every few minutes.
The minicam app continually crashes after installing iPhone iOS 15 update. This makes my camera useless now. Very troubling.
This was a waste of money. It does not connect to wifi at all
This app connects to your WiFi. Could be dangerous in the wrong hands.
This apps is useless at all i just buy this and try so many times over and over ,, it’s always say offline why ,, because it’s garbage

This app and the device are terrible. The app doesn’t work. It is poorly designed, and it won’t work regarding connecting to the device. Tried numerous time to get it going. First from my phone then my IPAD. This is a rip off, and I’m definitely sending it back. It’s totally defective.
Hi how do used to have a HD mini cam and now I can’t seem to find one on my camera mini cam can you tell me why I can’t find one are there still around, can you help me please?
I bought a mini cam via Amazon and in the instructions you’ll have to scan a data matrix type of bar code to install this app and also in the back of the camera to add the mini cam to the app. It doesn’t work at all. I emailed the app developer and never got an answer, perhaps he/she should check their email Junk box or be nicer and at least let people know that there’s no fixing or recommend something else.
I need the secret cam app to work. I’m planning to use the video recording for court. I paid a lot of $ for the alarm cook. I would recommend this app till they update it.
It’s not connecting at all. It keeps saying invalid QR code when it’s the code right on the freaking camera that it comes with. My WiFi connects but the app will not connect. The instructions are no help at all. Worst crap ever.
