This has been the only app I use or need for following a FODMAPS diet. They have 99% of the foods I search for in their database. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the design/layout of the app is unappealing, & because there is no way to save past searches, or save a list of items for quick access to view info again. But it does all things I expect a FODMAPS app to do, it works smoothly & with no hassles, so I'm very happy with it. Recommended!

It’s a simple and straightforward app that does exactly what it says it will do. Only problem? I have IBS but don’t have issues with all kinds of polyols, only really mannitol. And I can’t filter by mannitol — only all polyols. So ultimately, this has become a mostly useless app unfortunately, since I just have to search online for the mannitol list and try to recite it in my head. Would be nice if there was a way to (a) filter by specific polyols (since the information exists) and (b) put notes and feedback about my own food sensitivity into the app for future reference. Ah well. Back to app hunting.

Love this app! It saves so much time looking things up on the Internet. At a glance I can see which foods are allow that and which ones to avoid. Of course the app doesn’t show all foods but it shows a lot of the most common ones.
