I think I was looking for someone like him only, he make you feel like a friend and guide as per your comfort label. He is very attentive always reachable. This program is only good if you have your full Commitment and fully trusting your coach. Once, you have decided, you want to do it then this is a great program. It will tell you your meal plans, workout plans and any motivation/coaching you may need during this process. It’s great for Indians because they corporate Indian food in your diet. Access to trainers is unparalleled, especially for Indian marketplace. The various levels, specialty and expertise that one can sign up for is pretty amazing. Never was this possible before, and all from a phone screen! Missing - 1. Recipe input UX is terrible, if not non-existent. My guess is major user base is based out of India. The food culture being so vibrant and recipes wildly distinct, the ability to create own recipes will give people real power to measure nutrition. 2. Bar code scanning for ingredients nutritional information. Probably the easiest and most accessible feature 99% of great health & lifestyle apps include. But non-existent in Fittr. A very big miss, given more and more packaging is coming with nutritional information and barcode printed on them.

I have been following Fittr from the time it was named as Squats. It has helped me in loosing weight last time from 152 lbs to 129 lbs in 12 weeks time but couldn’t keep up with the plan due to Covid situation in USA when all gyms were shut down and now again I have enrolled under a mentor and hoping to get better results this time with home workouts.
