My Bath & Body Works

I never write reviews on these apps but my experience has been horrible. Added gift card to wallet but had to re-add the information at check out, no option to apply saved gift cards. It said there was no rewards or promotion codes to apply so had to go back to wallet and copy code to manually apply it. Enter all my info placed order received message there was an error and nothing was in my cart and I have to go back and re-add everything back to my cart and start the process of adding all the information including the gift card and promotion back in again. You can’t tell me Bath and Body Works doesn’t have the budget for a decent working app.

Absolutely the WORST app and website I have ever used!!

This app never works!! Keeps saying oops something went wrong

Kept resubmitting if an item was out of stock one item at a time. Just take all off so I don’t have to start over each time.

Bath and body act like they give you the option on how you want to receive your merchandise (shipping or picking up) as soon as their items go on sale you can never pickup in store to save you on their shipping charges.I don’t care about what warehouses items are coming from ship them to whatever store so customers can pickup. So to me it looks like bath and body work only care about is making their money on shipping when items go on sale and some customers live only minutes away from a store and prefer to pickup their order but no it’s unavailable for pickup. Bath & Body Works change your policy because this is unacceptable

This app never works! Whenever you log in it says oops something went wrong

Can someone please for the love of God figure out the oops something went wrong issue. Uninstalling and reinstalling a whole bunch of times still has not fixed this issue! I’ve been unable to access my birthday, rewards or anything else within the app!

Ordering was a frwkinv nightmare, after three hours I finally gave up. EVERY single time I would pay for my items in my cart it would say something was unavailable and to remove it imstead if removing it them selves, then I would have to put my card on information in again, despite it supposedly being saved to my wallet. It was very very frustrating, a horrible experience and I have been a very loyal customer for over 20 years.

I can’t set the app to my store location in Gainesville, FL. It wants to set in-store pickup to Winter Gardens that is over 2 hours away from me. ENOUGH ALREADY!! FIX IT!!

I thought I’d be able to order some products but because they are not in my area the app doesn’t go past the sign up area. It’s available in my area now I am unable to log in all of a sudden. It updated now I can’t even get in. Won’t let me send this update either

This app is horrible I tried looking around it wasn’t easy to navigate, when trying to check out it wouldn’t apply my discounts .. can’t use the three line menu in the top left corner .. when on the website didn’t have trouble navigating but had difficulty checking out kept giving me a error code kicking me back and fourth till I was finically able to check out !!! If your gonna shop at bath and body just go in cause the app and online are useless

I am not sure if this is for the website or Bath and Body Works in general. I do love the store, scents, sales and rewards. That being said I absolutely hate this website. It is slow, and it literally is the worst website I know. I literally tried to check out 6 times and was stopped because an item is out of stock. Since it is so slow I feel like the time it takes to get rid of the out of stock items in your cart makes 3 other things out of stock. It repeats the same issue over and over. So you slowly loose the favorite things in your cart. And you have to remove them, wondering the whole time how many things are you going to lose before you can check out. I know things get out of stock quickly at these great prices. But there has to be a better way to manage this issue on the incredibly slow website. Well, I guess I will try to pay again.

Never had any scents I want in stock!!

Every time I tried to place my order, I got a message saying items were unavailable. Then I would go back to my shopping bag and nothing was shown as unavailable. Finally got to make the payment method and put it through and then it said oops items are unavailable. This is a horrible app! Plus I had ordered items for pick up at the store and when I didn’t get there for three days. They completely abandon my order and refunded my money. Bad bad bad customer service.

I downloaded the app in November and have been trying to view my wallet but an error keeps appearing saying “We’re experiencing issues loading the requested information. Pull down to refresh or check back later.” I have pull down and refreshed and this error message persists and my wallet hasn’t updated since I downloaded in November. If I can’t access my rewards on the app I can’t use my coupons or shop through the app…

Why won’t the store honor prices posted online ? How sad is that. This is why online shopping will outlast actual stores.

I usually go into the store but during the sale, there’s hardly any selection so I decided to go online to make my purchase. I dislike purchasing on the website because it only allows 1 promo code to be redeemed & it’s not very user friendly. Case in point, today’s transaction took about 10 tries to go through. My cart was final, I ck’d out, but every time I submitted my order it said I needed to review. Something was out of stock & I needed to remove it. I’m not sure if I will use the site again. To improve & entice me as a consumer to purchase on the website, allow multiple promo codes.
