Love the look and feel but absolutely hate not being able to deposit a check directly to my loan accounts (such as my mortgage). Please fix this, I loved being able to pay my mortgage via mobile deposit!!
Update: After probably a month of use, I have lowered it from 5 stars to 4. What it says it does, it does well. However, it does seem that a few rather important (to me, at least) features are missing. The biggest one being that I can't pay to principal on my loans! Seems reliable at least, but I have to go to the computer to make my loan payments still. This seems to be a very well polished app. While Go-Time worked (after you figured out is quirks), the new system JUST WORKS. It has many nice bells and whistles, without overlooking the basics. A few quick likes: The check deposit is better now, I don't have to write anything special on my check. Push Notifications for many different scenarios (low balance, hi balance, deposit, transaction, etc) with customizable thresholds. Touch ID login! Better security authorization. I haven't tried it yet, but the quick glance seems interesting - See your balance in the pull down bar. Bill pay seems much more straight forward. The only negative I found: I haven't tried hard, but I haven't found how to hide accounts from my list (I don't need to see my escrow everyday!) Great job dev team, keep up the good work!
Just a few basics this app is missing, but some of the most important to me. My deposits show as withdrawals which makes it confusing. And I miss the search bar! Being able to search a specific deposit/withdrawal to make sure it was made.

Wow, this update is SO much better! I love the transaction search, the Apple Watch option, and a much better improvement to the mobile deposit. I’m glad it reminded me to endorse it the right way so my deposit wouldn’t be rejected. Thank you!!

Don’t like when accounts require password changes. Mobile deposits take all weekend if you deposit on a Friday.

Fast and easy to use.
Always takes 5+ days for my credit card payments to post on app and in account even if I pay in person with cash. This means I accrue an additional 60 days of interest a year unnecessarily. What a rip. FTFCU.
I have been a member of TCFU since the early 90’s and on November 30th 2019 I realized I had a $6 fee charged to my checking account for some type of rewards program that I had never signed up for and didn’t want. When I inquired about the fee at the bank, I was informed they “upgraded” all of the checking accounts to Rewards checking. I told them I did not want and never wanted rewards checking, so the changed me back to the regular checking that I previously had and refused to give back my $6. I understand that $6 is not much money, but I wonder how many other accounts were upgraded without the customer’s consent. I bet it made for a pretty good payday for the bank at the customers expense. I am now in the process of changing banks since I have lost faith in TFCU for the way the deceive customers and cheat them out of money.
I have been a member since 1995 and have never had a bad experience. I use the Jenks branch the most and l am impressed with the professionalism shown there. The rates are great, the loan officers have always been so helpful and easy to work with. TFCU is the best bank in Tulsa! I recommend it to all my friends and family!
I keep having to delete and reinstall the app due to the quick view not working. Even when re-enabled in the app it still doesn’t work unless I delete and reinstall. Other than that it works well.
Worst organization I’ve ever dealt with, borderline crooked on how they treat their members. Working to move away from this CU very soon.

I don’t like the new update that doesn’t allow me to use my face to unlock my account anymore. I do like that the app has everything at my fingertips.
