Fetch: America’s Rewards App

I don’t always get the points that I put in and I just tried to do a reward for TJ Maxx and when I went to do it, it disappeared, but yet it took my points away from my balance. I’m done with this app. I would not recommend it to anyone.

I wish there was a way to use the Walmart app pick up orders for points!!

This app used to be a great way to earn gift cards. Now it uses every loop hole to avoid giving you any points based on technicalities. 25 points per receipt is all you ever get and the bonus spin at the end was always a way to get a few extra points. And of course they took that away too. They want your information but don’t want to reward you for it. Don’t waste your time.

Eh custom service. .5/5⭐️. App doesn’t scan receipts well noir do they fix the problem wit missing points and and all E receipt have to be purchased thru fetch but the stupid app automatically opens the app of the store ur shopping thru fetch to get points so that should be fixed or make it where all online purchases are considered a purchase even tho u don’t get a paper to take pictures of

My friends points were set to zero with no reason why. With just being linked terms of service. What a horrible way to run a app.

Every update, is never truly updated. This app refuses to acknowledge my Amazon and instacart receipts! I spend 7k+ on Amazon a year and they never scan them, I do all the troubleshooting in vain, and sending each receipt over to CS is hit or miss. It NEVER used to be like this and since most of my shopping is done online it's frustrating and discouraging. I used to love collecting receipts but now I get a "points are going to expire" text all the time.

For the last month I haven’t been able to access the app. I keep getting a message that says to check my connection. I am in my home and every other app is working, but not Fetch. I have missed out on multiple reward and receipt submissions because it will not open. Has anyone else reported this issue? If so is there a solution?

I used to love this app when it first came out. But it’s become more and more challenging to use. Almost every single time I submit my receipts the items that are worth additional points are not recognized, and I have to manually enter each one. This defeats the ease of using this app, if I have scan every item on my receipts and enter them myself, to hope that they fix it and administer the points. That, and the now much larger thresholds to earn points (having to purchase $50 worth or 5 of an item) before getting points means far less rewards. Also removing the daily spin and replacing it with games that pay out minimal points was also a miss. More work for less rewards makes this app pointless to use anymore. Also please quit suggesting people ‘fix’ this by using the ‘correct my receipts’ feature. So many people have reported this as a problem, and no wants to have take the time to correct every receipt for you to not pay out the points anyways.

I put in for an Amazon gift card a good time ago you took my points but I never received my gift card

eReceipts not scanning. It’s hard to get points when the app won’t scan the eReiceipts. I’ve done the troubleshooting several times and the app is still not scanning.

You took my app when I was sick and unable to use the App, I earned it for you to steal it. Give me my points back Have integrity!!!

Just another misleading little app trying to get you to buy overpriced items by giving you extra points on those items. Don’t waste your time.

My app is not working

I use to love this site, now you have to play these stupid games to get points instead of spinning.I also think receipts should be worth more. I giving it a 1 rating because I cant get my CVS, Walgreens receipts on here.

Don’t use this app they steal your information!!! I used to love Fetch until I used the Fetch Shop to get more points ! I clicked on Kohls and it asked to to login with my password which I went ahead and entered and as I was shopping and checking out it said my kohls cash reward was no longer active that it was used…. I immediately called Kohls and they confirmed that more than likely it was stolen through Fetch… I am so mad!!! They took $125 dollars of my Kohls cash!!! I sent them an email still waiting to see what they tell me!!!! Of course they are not going to take accountability!!!!
