Sy tertarik membuka rekening Digibank krn motonya #DiRumahAja. Namun 2 minggu lebih saya mencoba, tetap tidak berhasil. Pertama buka melalui aplikasi di IOs, setelah mengisi semua data, diberikan pilihan utk disurvey ke rumah atau datang ke cabang DBS. Lebih dr 3x mengajukan survey ke rumah, tidak ada kunjungan. Saya akhirnya mengabaikan anjuran #DiRumaAja dan ke Cabang di Puri Kencana krn tidak pernah disurvey, ternyata di Cabang DBS tidak bisa melayani pembukaan rekening Digibank... aneh sekali. Sy disarankan ke Booth Digibank. Sy tanya dimana? Katanya bisa dilihat di app, sy cek yg terdekat di Grand Indo dan Serpong Mall. Saya datangi ke GI, gak ada. Sy telpun katanya sdh pindah ke Serpong Mall tp baru ada bulan September???? Bingung ada Digital Bank yg utk buka rekening lbh sudah dp Brick n Mortar Bank😠😩😭

Always have server timeout when doing anything, even simple transfers. An app based banking account without a functional app and server is, well, almost useless. Server connectivity issues happen regardless of my internet connectivity.

When clicked on deposito it shuts down automatically. This happens a lot!! Also when tried to transfer, if you firgot to fill out something the message is too generic like can’t be processed at this time. If the message said that this fiels needs to be filled out I would have known what to do instead of thinking that the app has bugs.

Eventhough design is user friendly, the apps is very slow. Thus, overall user experience is not pleasant at all As a prominent bank, this problem should be easily fixed.

At first digibank is my top priority for transfer to another bank Until after sometime , there was an update and since that until now when we want to do transfer it takes a long long time and sometime never go through, especially when u have a large number of transfer list. Please fix this and i will change the star later

The app has been updated several times this year, but still the bugs persist. It is a rare instance I’ve had a smooth experience from login to finish in ANY transaction. Usually it would give error : time out. Multiple times.... It is extremely frustrating to do any transactions. If they want to push online banking, reduce manual banking, I think they would have programmed the app differently. I thought Singaporean are smart and efficient.

Been trying to input the OTP number sent to my registered mobile but can not press the Done button on my iphone X keyboard. Aside than that, Had to wait for too long to receive the OTP number. Overall app doesn’t work. Need to be improve asap.

First let’s talk about the logging in. The fact that you have to enter a password every time is ridiculous. Even worse, there’s a Face ID prompt every time, giving you false hope that your authentication might actually go through this time without using your keyboards. It’s completely rational for them to enable manual password entry for Android devices, but Face ID and iPhones in general are virtually unhackable. Also, if you have to enter a password in the beginning, WHY THE HECK do you have to do it for every transaction?! The app is not exactly intuitive. It currently does not offer a lot of features, such as renaming accounts, and so on. The app is not even optimized for iPhone Xs. What the actual f.

App is slow and user interface is clumsy. Bank customer support are not helpful, they only know how to write a report of the problem and ask customers to wait for a response that is non existent. Missing a month's bank statement and no response even after numerous complains and 2 emails sent. Cannot schedule a transfer or payment for a future date, as all transactions have to be done for immediate execution. Very complicated password required. Update is mandatory even when the update is not ready use (buggy and not enough testing). Should have an alternate medium as a backup (web banking) System for mobile and web is interlinked. When 1 is down the other also goes down.

I never give my NPWP to the sales guy at citywalk when registered my digibank. Then i received email notification that my NPWP confirmed. Whose NPWP was that?? And that NPWP required by the app for forgot password feature. Now i can not activate my ATM card because of this problem. Also the virtual customer service not helpful at all.
