Wasted amenity for my complex. I got a new phone for Black Friday and haven’t been able to set up my keyless entry to the other amenities. The app developers were of no and continued to state that they were working on it. That was 3mo ago. Overall, a waste.

I am a current resident who is very meticulous about almost everything, including where I live. I have lived many places, worked in apartment management many years ago, have over 20 years of customer service experience, and am currently working in the pharmaceutical industry. So, this rating comes from many perspectives. Because I work from home, I needed a quiet place in which to work and live. Lorielle chose my apartment better than I would have. It's as if she was able to perceive my personality type and select based on that. That's real customer service. Whenever I interact with office or maintenance staff, they are always attentive, honest, and real. The pleasantness they display isn't just because the type of business in which they work requires it; they genuinely are pleasant. As I work out in the beautiful gym that has equipment which is better on my joints than some found in local gyms, it's awesome to peer out and see a maintenance team that like each other and work together as a team. Additionally, the maintenance team have a high level of customer service, waving at residents as they carefully drive through the neighborhood on golf carts to increase the efficiency of their work. This property has awesome curb appeal and is always improving it. The grass encircling the leasing office seems to be reseeded for plush appearance, and sod is being placed throughout the community. Additionally, while sidewalks are throughout the community for an awesome walking experience (even at night with lights that light up the area almost as well as daylight but not too much to shine through the window treatments), another was placed strategically within the community to make it more convenient for the community. The apartment is well designed, and as a third-floor resident, I rarely hear my neighbors. I love the technology in keyless entry, receipt of packages, and heating and A/C controls. This property is awesome, and it's the the office and maintenance team that place it at incomparable and the highest rating.
