I love this app! I got encouraged/inspired by my dad to download a step tracker. As he tracks his steps. I would say don’t solely rely on this app, but also use other CREDIBLE apps, such as Apple Health (if you have an iPhone or Apple product that can use the Health app, might take longer to register your steps.) It is recommended to walk approximately 10,000 steps or more a day (also eat less than 2,000 calories, but limit or maximum should be calculated per age, height, etc. I am not a registered dietician, but I believe a credible governmental website can help you do this). I studied Knesiology in college and it helped me learn a lot about my health. This app, with the QUOTES it provides every day I open it inspires me to ALWAYS be better! This app is great for first time users, user friendly, super motivational, etc. I have recommended it to friends. I would like for fonts to be able to change though, but that’s on the aesthetic side. I also recommend those who are trying to live a healthier and more positive life to also check out great workout programs to COMBINE with their daily step tracker! This has helped me, personally, immensely. It also depends on your health goals.
