Disappointed that the coins given to pass a level dropped to 10 after the new update. It used to be 50 for regular levels…. Have been playing this game for years ….

I swear my family and I we hate the new update How can the magic heart be there for more than 85 days Why will I play a game and all I could get is 10 coins why And the game is done loading I don’t get to tap on play before start playing the game why The fact is I just hate everything about the new update

I really love this game, however, the recent changes to it are nothing more than the developer trying to screw users out of money…. The changes include reducing the amount of coins you win in a game by half, changing how to move on to the next game (removing the selection of quitting and creating a situation where you end up accidentally spend coins to get 5 more moves). I reached out to the developer via email and never received a response back. I have purchased coins and energy for this game because I do love playing it, but I will no longer do that as it seems to be the developer’s goal to make it more difficult to earn coins so you will purchase more.

This game can make you lose track of time as you go thru the different tasks. I’m really enjoying it.

A bit slow

Ads that you see are nothing like how this game plays. Game has really gone downhill in the last few months, more so the last week, it’s like the ownership of the game changed hands and they’ve immensely changed the rules as far as how many points/coins you get, power ups you get, vastly different. After playing for a few years I am seriously thinking about leaving, this is not nearly as enjoyable that used to be even 2 months ago.

Well Gamers, you might want to get settled in in your coziest seat with plenty of drinks on hand when you play level 15625. After several days of trying to beat this level I win 10 minute free power up usage so along with that I used my free 10 minutes In the Halloween event. But it was all in vain. If you are lucky you may be able beat it before the snow flies but I seriously doubt it. Figure on New Years at the earliest.

so you thought youd help a homeless mother take care of her children and fix their house? yeah me too. and unfortunately this game is NOT anything like that. its a match 3 game just like candy crush with a little spice. Why is it so hard to advertise games as what they are. Why are we trying to convince people to get a game they wont enjoy because its not advertised as such?? Why create an ad that says “this game is exactly like this” when it isnt? It makes it way worse on your game because now people are unhappy about being falsely advertised to. And i wont lie, this game IS actually fun but is NOT what i was expecting when i got it. I am upset and disappointed with the media manager because why did you think that would be a great idea? If i wanted a 3 match game i couldve found a billion online. i wanted what YOU said it was. RIDICULOUS!!

All these reviews are fake! Everywhere this game is advertised it makes it seem like it's only the puzzle game but in actuality it forces you to play the matching game. You barely play the puzzle game. on top of that after a while when you're earning coins they take some and put it in a reserve for you to pay for with your actual money. Lastly, you only earn ONE star per mini game that you play.

It doesn’t have an additional protection question when you are finished with a level, you can easily “buy more” moves by accident and there is no “are you sure”. Also don’t believe the invite other players to get you more lives because I’ve done it twice and people have accepted and I have received nothing. This is a money grab. I’m done

This game is so much! You can build fountains, and sitting areas. Also adopt puppies!

My main complaint about this game is that it doesn’t have an exit button so you can’t get out of the game without closing the phone down or tricking it somehow to get to another app. Apparently this has been a problem for a long time and they refuse to fix.

I have watched a ton of advertisements for this game and after seeing nothing of it, I was like let me download it and this game is exactly the same as the ads the advertisements do not lie at all repeat that it doesn’t have any advertisements in the greatest game ever made so I recommend you go and play this game because it is the goat of the goat of the goat of the goat of the goat of the goat of the goat of the goat of the goat and not stress enough is the best game ever on Apple and android devices is the best of the best of the best of the best of the best of the best of the best the best of the best the best game in the entire franchise of video games thank you for listening. This review is stellar. This game is on fire this game has every ever ask for downtime, relaxing the stress-free it's just the game that I need wonderful work. Keep it up.

I’ve been playing this game for almost 7 years. It’s my favorite game, my comfort game, and I feel genuine nostalgia and love for the story and the characters it has. I have played over 15,000 levels. That being said, over the last month or two (October 2024) Playrix has completely ruined Gardenscapes. They suddenly and with no announcement doubled the price of everything, including the golden ticket/season pass ($4.99 to $9.99) got rid of the treasure hound boost (which had been a beloved weekly occurrence for years), slashed the rewards you receive from levels (went from 50 to 10, but you still have to pay 900 for +5 extra moves on a SINGLE LEVEL, if you need 5 more it’s 1,200 more coins, and a third round will run you 2k, but you get 10 coins a level now), and every social media post is about what you can buy instead of upcoming events. Don’t bother contacting customer support either, all they’re allowed to do is forward your comments to “the dev team” and aren’t given updates, so who knows if they’ll ever even be seen, let alone taken into account. I’m honestly devastated about losing my favorite game so quickly with no warning, because they’ve made it completely inaccessible to the majority of the player base. Oh, and they only added the “help Austin and co escape” puzzles relatively recently and they’re a minuscule aspect of the game. It’s a swap-3 bejeweled style puzzle game, if you’re expecting what you’ve seen in ads or anything else you’re not going to get it.

They’ve made the game impossible to play so you will continue to spend money. Look at all the recent reviews…

Game is really addictive

I have played this game for a while. They’ve done an update recently, raised prices for lives/items and decreased the amount of rewards you receive for levels you win. Wouldn’t recommend now.

The ads for this game are so bad I will never play it on principle. (I have played it in the past before I saw any of the ads) They’re nothing like the game and are just designed to make you feel bad, who wants to feel bad when they’re trying to relax and play a game?? Ridiculous!
